What is the difference between replacing with the same model or the latest model?
With "same model" you receive a new frame identical to the one you already use. With "latest model" instead you receive the latest version of the T91 range, with updated design and technology.
Do I have to send my old racket even if it is damaged?
Yes, shipping the frame is always mandatory, regardless of the conditions
What happens if I don't ship the used racket?
The replacement cannot be completed: the new racket will only be sent after receiving the used frame
How long does it take to receive the new racket?
On average 3-5 working days from the moment your frame arrives at our center
