Availability

T91 Padel puts all its effort into ensuring that the availability of the products on the site is always up to date.

However, in the unlikely event that a product listed as available is out of stock, the customer will be promptly notified by e-mail so that he can decide whether to wait for the product to become available again, or cancel the order placed in whole or in part, eliminating it from the order. products no longer available in stock.

In the event that the availability of the product is due to a definitive stop in production, T91 Padel will offer the customer an alternative product, in the event of refusal by the customer, T91 Padel will refund the unavailable product.

Shipping

It is important for us that you are satisfied, which is why we try to be as precise, fast and reliable as possible from the moment of order to delivery.

We ship throughout Italy within 48/72 hours of receiving the order.

We process the order normally within 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays) from the day of receipt of the same. Orders received by 10.30am are approximately processed in the afternoon of the same day, while those received after 10.30am are approximately processed the following day. When processing the order, we entrust the products to the trusted courier or forwarder for sending to the address indicated by the Customer, summarized in the order confirmation.

Deliveries are made via ground transport within the next 24/48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

The delivery times indicated refer to purchases paid by credit card, Paypal and cash on delivery.

Different payment methods such as Advance Bank Transfer may change the delivery time as the order will only be processed when we receive confirmation of the bank credit.

We would like to point out that: it is not possible to provide a guarantee on processing and delivery times, because the variables involved are different and unforeseen events may occur due to force majeure (in these cases we will try to give the necessary communication where possible). Especially once you have entrusted your order to the courier, it is not possible to determine and guarantee a precise delivery time.

No responsibility, for any reason, can be charged to us if the products are not delivered according to the indicative terms.

Returns

To exercise this right, the customer must request authorization from T91 for the return or exchange of goods, by sending the request via email to the address: info@t91padel.com

once the return authorization has been received, the customer who wishes to exercise this right must return the goods within 30 days of receipt to: T91 Padel di Tomorr Tirana, Corso Vittorio Veneto 68, 24046 Osio Sotto (Bergamo).

Insert a reminder inside the package with the request for a refund or size exchange.

By law, shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are borne by the customer.
The shipment, until receipt is certified in our warehouse, is under the complete responsibility of the customer.
T91 Padel is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments.
In the event of damage to the goods during transport, T91 Padel will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in its warehouses), to allow him to file a complaint against the courier he has chosen and obtain a refund of the value of the property (if insured). In this eventuality, the product will be made available to the customer for its return at the same time canceling the withdrawal request.

T91 Padel will refund the customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 calendar days of the return of the goods.

The right of withdrawal is totally lost, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its contents), in cases where T91 Padel ascertains:

• The damage to the product is due to causes other than its packaging
• the product defect is due to inappropriate use or washing
• in the case of particularly discounted and end-of-series items where indicated in the descriptions

In the event of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, T91 Padel will return the purchased good to the sender, charging the shipping costs to the sender.
