The following terms and conditions set out the rules and regulations for the use of the T91 Padel website at www.t91padel.com.
By accessing this site, you accept the following terms and conditions. Please do not continue to use T91 Padel if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions on this page.

This Agreement shall commence on the date stated herein.
Parts of this site offer users the opportunity to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the site. T91 Padel does not filter, edit, publish or review comments before adding them to the site. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of T91 Padel, its agents and/or affiliates. Comments reflect the viewpoint and opinion of the person posting such viewpoint or opinion. To the extent permitted by law, T91 Padel shall not be held liable for comments and shall not receive any claims for damages or expenses caused by the use, publication and/or presence of comments on the site.
T91 Padel reserves the right to monitor all comments and remove those it deems inappropriate, offensive or in breach of these terms and conditions.
You warrant that:

The comments do not infringe any intellectual property rights, including without limitation copyrights, patents or trademarks of third parties;
Comments do not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent or otherwise unlawful material, resulting in an invasion of privacy;

You grant T91 Padel a non-exclusive licence to use, reproduce, edit and authorise others to use, reproduce and edit any of your comments in any form, format or media.

- Newspapers;
- Online directory distributors may add a hyperlink to our site in the same manner as other listed websites;

We ask you to include your name, organisation name, contact information and site URL, a list of URLs on our site that you intend to add a link to and a list of URLs on our site that you intend to link to. We ask you to allow 2-3 weeks for a response.
Approved organisations may add a hyperlink to our site as follows:
- Using our company name;
- By using the linked uniform resource locator;
- Using any other description of our site relevant to the context and format of the content on the third party site.
Use of T91 Padel logos or images for links is not permitted in the absence of a commercial licence agreement.
Liability for content:
We cannot be held responsible for the content on your site. You agree to protect and defend us against any legal action from your site. Links should not be added to your site that could be construed as libelous, obscene, criminal or that infringe, violate or suggest infringement of the rights of third parties.
Rights reserved:
We reserve the right to request the removal of all links or a specific link to our site. You must approve the link removal request immediately. We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions and linking policy at any time. By continuing to use our site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
Removal of links from our site:
In the event that a link on our site is offensive for any reason, you may contact us and inform us at any time. We will consider requests to remove links, however we are under no obligation to complete the removal or respond directly.

Online Dispute Resolution (ODR)
In the event of a dispute arising from a sales or service contract concluded online, the consumer may make use of the Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform for out-of-court dispute resolution.

To initiate an ODR procedure, the consumer has to fill in an online form, indicating the details of the dispute and the parties involved.
The ODR platform will forward the form to the competent dispute resolution (ADR) body, which will attempt to reconcile the parties.
The ODR procedure is free of charge for the consumer.
