The T91 Padel business of Tomorr Tirana offers its customers the "Try before you buy" service through its platform. These Terms of Use apply to all "Try before you buy" orders placed by users and customers.

Try Before You Buy (TBB) Process The try-before-buy process includes the following steps:

  1. Selection on the website of the racket and the parameters desired by the user (type of object, size and color of the object if possible).
  2. Adding the racket to the cart.
  3. Entering user data.
  4. Payment (Visa, Master Card, Maestro, American Express, Paypal).
  5. Order confirmation.

Purchase data

The customer ensures that all data provided by him during registration or ordering (name, shipping address, e-mail address) are correct and that he has not used third-party data. The customer undertakes to immediately notify the provider of any changes to the data. The customer is liable for the misuse of the access data by third parties, to the extent that he is responsible for it. This may also result in the obligation to pay usage fees for rackets that he has not ordered himself.

Delivery conditions

If the customer has chosen the “Try Before You Buy” (TBB) option for the racket through the website, the following delivery conditions apply. The racket will be delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer. T91 Padel has the right to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent. If, during the processing of the order, the supplier discovers that the racket ordered by the customer is not available despite careful inspection of the warehouse and for reasons for which T91 Padel is not responsible, the customer will be informed by email and the payment made will be refunded immediately if the customer so requests. The delivery times indicated in connection with the offer are approximate. Therefore, they are considered to be agreed only as approximate. If the delivery term is later than the delivery date chosen by the customer, the latter is entitled to a full refund. “Try Before You Buy” Rackets may be reconditioned and therefore have some superficial defects. Superficial defects will not affect in any way the correct functioning of the racket during the trial period. On the other hand, T91 Padel reserves the right not to send the racket to the customer if there are indications that the customer may make improper use of the racket during the trial period.

Cancellation policy before the start of the trial period.

The cancellation policy is structured in two scenarios:

Cancellation up to 24 hours before the start of the trial period. In other words, if the order is scheduled for delivery on the 10th, the customer can cancel it free of charge until midnight of the previous day (in this case the 9th) and receive a full refund of the amount paid. To cancel the trial order, you must inform customer service by email at test@t91padel.com

Returns (cancellation within 24 hours of receiving the racket)

The customer will have 24 hours to inform customer service t est@t91padel.com and request the cancellation of the racket.

The following situations are considered possible:

  1. The racket does not work as it should.

In this case, the customer must contact the Help Center to:

  • Please indicate your order number, your first and last name and contact details (e.g. mobile number)
  • Send a photo or video of the shovel
  • Please indicate the reasons for the failure
  • Please indicate the address where you would like the racket to be collected.
  • We will contact the customer to collect the racket from the indicated address and send it to our warehouse. There, a quality control of the returned racket will be carried out and, if it is confirmed that the racket does not work, 100% of the amount paid will be refunded within 5 days of cancellation.
  1. The racket is not the one ordered by the customer (idem).

The customer decides to cancel the order without a justified reason.

In this case, you must send an email to test@t91padel.com

  1. The customer, provided that the cancellation email has been sent within 24 hours of receiving the racket, will receive a refund equal to 100% of the amount paid.
  2. Cancellation after 24 hours of receiving the racket: the customer will have to keep the racket until the end of the selected trial period and will not receive any refund.

Return of the racket by the customer at the end of the trial period.

The logistics partner will collect the package at the address indicated by the user during the day the trial period ends. To this end, the customer must:

  • Have the racket properly packaged. To this end, the customer must keep the box in which the racket was shipped.
  • Affix the label (containing the return data and a barcode) that you will receive by email.
  • Once the box is properly closed, the customer should stick the new label over the old one on the outside of the box, so that the delivery person can easily take it away.

If the customer does not return the racket on the indicated day, a second collection will be made the following day. If the customer is unable to deliver the racket even on the second attempt, he must contact the Service Center and request the collection.

In this case, the customer undertakes to pay the operating costs of reverse logistics.

Conditions for customers

During the “Try Before Buying” (TBB) period, the customer cannot transfer the use of the racket to third parties without the prior consent of T91 Padel; in particular, the racket cannot be sold, transferred, rented or lent.

The customer is required to keep the racket free from third party rights for the duration of the order. Furthermore, the customer cannot modify the racket. Modification means any intervention on the racket that changes the current state in which it was received.

The customer will not have to return the overgrip received with the racket.

In the event that the customer returns the racket without the standard grip, without the safety cord or without the racket cover, the customer is required to return these accessories within 8 days. If the customer does not return the missing accessories or components within this period, T91 Padel reserves the right to request the value of the racket, calculated based on the current market value.

Payments

Payment is made through the T91 Padel payment gateway.

Fraud

In case of misappropriation of the racket, T91 Padel will take legal action. This will involve a complaint to the public body and registration in the predefined platforms (UNIREC) as well as charging the full amount equal to the value of the racket calculated based on the current market value.
